Job Description:
- Make sales
calls within the Fashion Industry and get maximum customers to list/ subscribe
with us
- Keep records
of calls and sales, note responses and other information in the call sheet
- Handle Inbound
& Outbound sales calls,
follow ups with customers
- Ask
questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and
update customer information in the
database
- Work on
completing targets on monthly basis on
incentive basis
- Take and
process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle
grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Ideal Candidate:
- Good
knowledge of relevant computer usage (eg. MIS reports ) and telephone systems
- Ability to
learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Fluent in
English
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive, cool-tempered
and able to handle rejection
- Friendly
approachable
- Outstanding
negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
