Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Getting in touch with corporation/ individuals via the phone to promote services.
- Modifying scripted pitches to meet the needs of particular entities and recording details of service users.
- Generating volume leads for the Sales Team and explaining the service / platform to potential customers.
- Obtaining customer information, and update the database.
- Maintaining details in the system/database and maintaining relationships.
- Contacting customers regularly to follow up on initial interactions.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved and getting their catalog made with the help of cataloging team.
- Working on leads and converting/closing on calls.
- Distributing/assigning and following up of leads.
Candidate Requirements:
- A self-motivated candidate, who likes to talk to people at various levels and extrovert in nature.
- Outbound calling or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manners
