Telesales Executive
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage both
Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Work directly with customers via telephone, and email
to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current
customers to renew with us and pursue for referrals sales.
- Educates customers on product offerings and
services to improve their 'on-line presence' and explains pricing etc
to the customers.
- Follows up with customer via telephone or email
following initial sales contact
- Continued product education to better service
customer calls
- Maintains accurate daily record of sales in
Welcome Cure CRM.
- Go the Extra Mile to meet sales quota and
facilitate future sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and
describe / explain them appropriately
- Outstanding Negotiation skills with the ability
to resolve issues and address complaints
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
