1. Telecalling to generate Leads for the sales team
2. Exploring existing client base to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
3. Generating and co-ordinating Sales Appointments for Relationship Managers
4. The followup, price negotiation and closing orders after sales appointments
5. Handling inbound sales inquiries 6. System demonstration for walk-in customers
7. Handle Sales Partners and drive sales numbers via channels 8. Gathering database from internet directories, social media, and other sources

1. Must have smooth, confident and persuasive communication skills
2. Proficient in Hindi
3. 1-2 years of experience as a telesales executive
4. Must have worked in a target-oriented environment and led teams of telesales executives and field executives
5. Pleasant personality and dynamic nature
6. Should be willing to work in a highly dynamic startup environment, must have a clear career focus.
7. Graduate (any discipline)
8. Proficient in computer usage, smartphone usage, conversant with various social media
9. Female candidates will be preferred.
