Job Description
Job Summary
- Identify potential customers, create, and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
- To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service are met at all times.
- Obtain regular feedback from customers regarding our products and services
- To cover all potential areas for generating sales at grass-root level.
- Regular communication with customers regarding product requirements, schedule of delivery and follow up for payments.
- To participate in Agriculture fair in different areas.
- To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
- Any other activities as defined by the Area Sales Manager

- Motivate to farmers for modern farming and plantations.
- Ready to achieve our company's goal.
- Must be Goal-oriented.
