Job Description
Telesales Executive:
· Telesales shall be responsible for generating the leads/handle the leads. Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
· Telesales shall be responsible for giving details of companies' products and services to prospective clients/existing clients.
· Telesales shall be responsible for Identifying prospective clients by cold-calling / existing clientele.
· Telesales shall be responsible for Maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral & Identifying sales opportunities.
· Telesales shall be responsible for Following up with customers and meeting sales targets & Communicating courteously with customers over the phone, email, etc.
· Telesales Person's from Mobility Services / Cloud Telephony experienced will be preferred.
