Job Description
- High level of Target orientation and proven track record of accomplishing weekly / monthly revenue targets independently.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources.
- Proven expertise in managing and executing lead nurturing programs via (1) Outbound / Incoming phone calls
- Ability to manage expectations with customers in terms of overall service delivery.
- Excellent communications. Should possesses Tactical approach in order to address issues of varying complexities.
- Good Understanding of Quality metrics and process improvements.
- Will be managing a team of 15+ people.
