Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- explain the customers - based on
product offers / benefits B2B marketing technique
- promoting the products
- customer follow-up
- feedback through mails/phones (any
communication channel)
- Mail Check of Customers query
related and revert back immediately as per requirement.
- Keep accurate and detailed records
of calls made and results achieved. Prepare a list of calls made day by day
- Co-ordinate with sales personnel and
call the customers as per his requirement.
- Record details of opportunities and
lead notes. Generate the lead and fix the meeting for every Sales Executive,
officers and managers.
- Report to your Reporting Authority
on daily basis about the works finished
- Note:- In addition to above, the management can assign new task as and when required.
