- Follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and phone skills, typing experience, and the ability to thrive in an office environment.
- The aim of telesales is to build repeat business through excellent customer relations.
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals
