Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain different insurance policies.

Highlight benefits, coverage details, premium options, and terms of policies.

Persuade and convince customers to purchase life, health, motor, or general insurance plans.

Handle objections and queries with confidence and provide clear, accurate information.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive sales experience.

Maintain follow-up calls for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Provide after-sales support to resolve any policy-related concerns.

Retain customers by delivering consistent and professional service.

Documentation & Record-Keeping

Record customer details, call outcomes, and sales in CRM systems.

Ensure accurate completion of policy application forms and compliance requirements.

Handle confidential information such as customer identification and payment details with discretion.

Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines.

Follow ethical sales practices and avoid misrepresentation of policies.

Participate in regular audits, training, and performance evaluations.

Coordinate with team leaders and managers to align sales strategies.
