Telesales Executive
Job Description
Need strict Adherence to time/duty schedules
• Answer calls and tag call records for necessary actions
• To handle the calls within the prescribed SLA
• To maintain quality of calls
• Need to be updated with the current product and process information’s
• Must follow proper dress code and floor discipline
• Try to prepare elevations with the help of TL’s
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Calling & Lead Conversion

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from provided databases or lead lists

Explain the features and benefits of products/services clearly and confidently
-
Understand customer requirements, answer their queries, and offer suitable solutions
-
Generate qualified leads and convert calls into confirmed appointments or sales
2. Follow-Up and Relationship Management
-
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects who have shown interest
-
Nurture customer relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals
-
Keep a record of all customer interactions and outcomes using CRM or internal systems
-
Escalate complex queries or complaints to senior team members for resolution
3. Sales Target Achievement
-
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
-
Maintain call volume, pitch quality, and conversion metrics as per standards
-
Actively participate in daily/weekly sales meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
4. Coordination & Collaboration
-
Coordinate with the marketing and field sales team to ensure lead flow and follow-through
-
Share customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings and pitch effectiveness
-
Collaborate with the operations or onboarding team post-sale to ensure smooth handovers

Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)

Clear articulation, good listening ability, and persuasive tone

Ability to explain products confidently and overcome objections tactfully
Sales & Interpersonal Skills:

Result-oriented and target-driven

Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving approach

Empathy, patience, and adaptability in dealing with diverse customer profiles
Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or in-house dialer systems is a plus
