- Making outbound calls to potential clients (On Data)
- Providing information about the projects
- Updating databases with client information
- Scheduling appointments for property viewings
- Following up on inquiries
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Qualifying leads
- Setting up property viewings
- Following up with potential and past clients
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
- Meet and exceed lead/meeting targets and activity-based targets.

- Communication: Persuading customers to purchase from a company
- Active listening: Understanding the needs of clients and presenting suitable property solutions
- Technology knowledge: Using technology to support sales
