Job Description
Job Title- Telesales Executive
Our organization is hiring Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss home improvement projects and other work related to general contracting. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. You will generate a minimum of 5 leads per day and make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. We are seeking experienced Telesales Executive, but if you only have inside sales experience, we are willing to talk to you
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls and email activity.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers and sales team.
- Answer phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Assist sales team in achieving targeted revenue.
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
- Meet and exceed lead/meeting targets and activity-based targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Must be proficient in outbound calling.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills.
- Good in communication and customer handling.
- Freshers/ Preferred Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Fresher/ Preferred 6months- 1year of Tele sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
