Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships over the phone. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, explaining products or services, and persuading them to make purchases or appointments. Strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Identify potential clients and qualify leads based on the company’s criteria.

Introduce and explain products or services clearly to customers.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
2. Sales and Customer Service

Present compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs.

Address customer queries and provide accurate product information.

Handle objections professionally and work towards closing sales.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services where appropriate.
3. Order Processing and Documentation

Record customer details, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

Process orders, payments, and follow-up schedules efficiently.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities.
4. Meeting Targets and Reporting

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Report sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager regularly.
5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
