Telesales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain client databases.

Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Record details of calls, feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM system.

Work closely with the sales/marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies.

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
-
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
