Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

  • Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain client databases.

  • Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

  • Record details of calls, feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM system.

  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].

  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

  • 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
