Position: Management Trainee – Telesales
Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Noida sec-63
Salary: 12000-15000/month
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee – Telesales to support our sales operations. The role involves handling enquiries generated through various portals, following up with customers, preparing quotations, and coordinating order follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales enquiries from different online portals (IndiaMART,n website leads, Chatboard, etc.)
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for product promotion and follow-ups
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders regularly
- Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery status
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Prepare daily and weekly sales follow-up reports
- Assisting seniors in sales work.
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in any Discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented approach
