We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Sales Executives to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce ACVL's moving services.
*Explain our tailored relocation services, addressing any queries or concerns the customers may have.
*Identify potential leads and convert them into customers by providing detailed information about our services.
*Schedule follow-up calls to ensure customer engagement and interest.
*Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
*Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for service improvement.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
*Ensure data privacy and security are upheld at all times.
*Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead generation, and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
