Has to do loan sale over telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calling:

Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers from leads provided by the company or sourced from partners/databases.

Explain different loan products available (e.g., personal loans, business loans, working capital loans, etc.).

Discuss key details like loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation required.
2. Customer Engagement & Qualification:

Understand the customer’s loan requirement and assess their eligibility over the phone.

Identify decision-makers, financial needs, repayment capacity, and urgency of the loan.

Provide pre-qualification information and explain next steps.
3. Loan Application Processing Support:
-
Collect and verify necessary information such as income details, employment status, existing obligations, etc.

Coordinate with internal teams or backend operations to facilitate application processing.

Guide customers through online or in-person documentation procedures.
4. Follow-up and Lead Nurturing:
-
Conduct regular follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but not completed the application process.

Address queries and resolve hesitations related to interest rates, terms, eligibility, or repayment.

Build trust and rapport to convert potential leads into successful loan disbursements.
5. CRM and Reporting:

Update all customer conversations, application status, and remarks in CRM tools or loan management software.

Track lead status and submit daily/weekly performance reports to supervisors or sales managers.

Maintain clean and organized records of assigned leads.
6. Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving assigned daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement targets.

Handle pressure positively and strive for continuous improvement in conversion ratios.
7. Compliance and Confidentiality:

Ensure all communication complies with regulatory and company norms.

Handle sensitive customer financial information with discretion and confidentiality.

Avoid misrepresentation of loan terms and maintain high ethical standards.
