Telesales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle customer interactions, follow-up calls, maintain customer relationship data and work process coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads or prospect lists.

Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their features and benefits.

Qualify leads and build a sales pipeline by identifying potential buyers.

Cold call prospects, with the aim of converting them into active customers.
2. Sales Conversion:
-
Promote products and services effectively to prospective clients to drive sales.

Provide accurate and timely information regarding product offerings, pricing, and promotional offers.

Close sales and ensure that each transaction is completed smoothly, offering customers a seamless experience.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing any queries.

Follow up with potential customers after initial contact to close sales or answer additional questions.

Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, or changes to the company's offerings.
4. Customer Data Management:
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Update customer information regularly to ensure that records are complete and accurate.

Ensure that follow-up activities are tracked and deadlines are met.
5. Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager or team leader.

Track performance and report on daily, weekly, or monthly progress toward sales goals.
6. Handling Inquiries and Objections:

Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.

Address customer objections in a professional and persuasive manner, working towards overcoming challenges to close the sale.
7. Reporting and Communication:

Report daily or weekly activities to the Sales Manager and provide feedback on leads and customer feedback.

Identify market trends or competitor activity and communicate these insights to the management team.
Requirements:

- Basic excel and computer knowledge
- Should have 0-2 experience
