Job Description

Position: Telecaller

Location: Neyveli

Department: Sales / Customer Service

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answering queries, and generating interest to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain customer details and call records in the system.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on prospects.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in [English / Tamil / Hindi – as per your need].
Confidence, persuasive ability, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
