About the Role: Looking for enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling personal loans to individual customers and helping us expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads and actively convert them into successful sales.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive business growth.

* Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

* 1 to 4 years of experience in personal loan sales or a related field.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to join immediately.

Compensation: Salary: ₹13k – ₹28k per month + Attractive Incentives
