Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present products or services.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online platforms, or referrals.

Use sales scripts to guide conversations while adapting to customer responses and needs.

Clearly explain product or service benefits, pricing, and terms to prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions that address their needs.

Handle customer objections effectively, provide accurate information, and close sales.

Maintain an up-to-date database of customer contacts, call activities, and sales progress using CRM tools.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with team members and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.

Keep informed about the company’s offerings, new products, pricing changes, and market trends.
