Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a persuasive and goal-driven Telesales Executive to make inbound calls, promote products/services, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to meet targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.

Promote and explain products/services effectively.

Follow up on leads and close sales.

Maintain accurate records in CRM.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:

Prior telesales or customer service experience.

Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
This role involves making outbound calls, following up on leads, explaining product benefits, handling customer objections, and ensuring successful closures. It requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
