Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for achieving targets.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition is preferred, though enthusiastic freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Manage a team of telesales executives, providing guidance on lead generation strategies and product knowledge.
- Achieve daily targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve the overall business objectives.
- Achieve daily/weekly and monthly targets
