Job Summary:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote, sell, or upsell a company's products or services. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining the features and benefits of offerings, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
This is a key position in any business looking to grow its customer base, improve client retention, or boost product awareness. Telesales Executives are often the first point of contact between the customer and the company, making them crucial to shaping the brand's image and building trust.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
Explain the company’s services clearly and effectively
Schedule appointments for meetings with the business development/sales team
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) regularly
Follow up with leads and handle queries promptly
Provide support in promotional campaigns and client outreach
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
