Telesales Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team by generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services by using effective communication and sales techniques.
The ideal candidate should be confident, result-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with set targets. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support will be an added advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the company-provided database or cold-calling lists.

Deliver scripted or personalized sales pitches to explain products or services and their benefits.

Understand the customer’s needs and recommend the appropriate product or service.

Convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments for the field sales team.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-up with interested prospects.

Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to move them through the sales funnel.

Record all lead interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM or tracking system.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead generation, call volume, and sales.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

Engage with customers in a professional, polite, and persuasive manner to build trust and rapport.

Answer queries about products, pricing, offers, and company policies.

Handle objections or concerns confidently and offer solutions to close sales.

Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions.
4. Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, customer feedback, and sales outcomes.

Update the CRM system with customer information, notes, and follow-up details.

Submit daily/weekly reports on call performance, conversions, and lead status to the supervisor.

Monitor and analyze call reports to identify areas for improvement.
5. Coordination and Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive customer communication.

Share customer feedback with relevant teams for product or service improvement.

Work closely with field sales executives to ensure follow-through of warm leads or scheduled appointments.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product briefings as required.
