We are looking for a persuasive and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote our products or services, explain features and benefits, and close sales or schedule follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:-
Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital platforms.

Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and feedback in CRM tools.

Resolve customer queries or objections in a professional and timely manner.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine pitch and strategies.

Share feedback with management for continuous improvement.

High school diploma or graduation in any field.

Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.).

Fluency in English / Hindi / Regional language as per need.
