Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Cold call & follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain product/service details and address customer queries effectively.
- Convert leads into sales by building rapport and handling objections.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.
- Maintain an updated customer database and track sales activities in CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection confidently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
- Fluent in English and regional languages (preferred).
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
