Job Description
Work Mode: Work from home
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: 10k and incentives (upon achieving target)
Key Requirement: Good communication skills and ability to convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Calling
-
Call prospective students or parents from provided lead databases.

Explain the details of programs, courses, admission procedures, fees, and benefits.
-
Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and expectations.
-
Maintain a high call volume while ensuring quality interactions.
2. Conversion of Leads to Admissions
-
Identify the needs of the prospect and match them with the right course or program.
-
Overcome objections by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
-
Build trust and rapport to guide the prospect toward enrollment.
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
3. Follow-up & Relationship Building
-
Maintain consistent follow-up with interested leads until closure.

Send admission forms, payment links, and other required documents via email or messaging apps.

Update prospects on upcoming admission deadlines, offers, or discounts.
-
Keep track of student responses and ensure prompt communication.
4. Data Management & Reporting
-
Maintain an accurate and updated record of all calls and follow-ups in the CRM or Excel sheets.

Generate reports on conversion rates, call logs, and revenue generated.

Provide regular feedback to the sales or marketing team for lead quality improvement.
5. Collaboration with Teams
-
Work closely with the marketing department to understand promotional campaigns.

Coordinate with the admissions office for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Share suggestions for improving telecalling scripts and lead conversion strategies.

1. Communication Skills

Excellent verbal communication in English and/or regional languages.

Ability to explain programs and admission processes clearly and persuasively.

Active listening skills to understand and address student concerns.
2. Sales & Persuasion Skills
-
Strong convincing ability to encourage prospects to take admission.

Ability to handle objections without losing customer interest.
-
Experience in upselling or cross-selling educational products is an advantage.
3. Relationship Management
-
Building rapport and trust with prospective students or their parents.
-
Following up diligently without being intrusive.

Providing a personalized experience to each lead.
4. Time & Target Management
-
Ability to handle a high number of calls daily while ensuring quality.
-
Prioritizing follow-ups to maximize conversions.
-
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets.
5. Technical Skills
-
Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
-
Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking (preferred).
-
Ability to use communication platforms like WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet when needed.
