Responsibilities:

• Identify and Contact Leads: Find potential clients and reach out to them through various channels.
• Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings or calls between sales representatives and prospects.
• Qualify Leads: Determine the level of interest and suitability of prospects for the sales team.
• Follow-up: Maintain contact with prospects and ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and create positive interactions with potential clients is crucial.
• Active Listening: Paying close attention to client needs and concerns to ensure appointments are scheduled effectively.
