Profile:- Telesales Executive.
No. of Positions: - 18.

Requirements
1. Minimum 12th Pass Required.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telesales profile.
3. Interaction with customers & good convincing skills will be considered. 
4. Good Verbal communication skills.
5. Clear diction and clarity in speech 
6. Salary will be 21.4K CTC + Incentives.

Required Skills:
1. Good Communication skills.
2. Experience in the BPO voice process will be preferred.

Job Location: - Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Outbound Sales Calls:

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company’s products or services.

    • Follow a structured sales script or framework, but also adapt to the customer’s needs and responses.

    • Generate leads and qualify prospects by asking relevant questions to identify customer needs and purchasing intent.

  2. Product/Service Promotion:

    • Provide detailed information about the company’s products or services, ensuring the customer understands the benefits and value proposition.

    • Identify customer pain points and offer solutions that best address their needs.

    • Use persuasive communication skills to convince prospects to make a purchase or take the desired action.

  3. Sales Conversion:

    • Close sales by effectively handling objections, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively engaging with prospects and following up with leads.

    • Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting calls into actual sales or leads.

  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, following up on product deliveries, and ensuring satisfaction.

    • Keep customers informed about promotions, new products, and services through regular communication.

  5. Follow-up Calls:

    • Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.

    • Nurture leads and re-engage customers who have not purchased, offering additional incentives or information to encourage conversions.

  6. Database Management:

    • Maintain an up-to-date customer database, ensuring all relevant information (e.g., contact details, sales history, preferences) is accurately recorded.

    • Track and update the status of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  7. Meeting Sales Targets:

    • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by managing call volumes and ensuring quality conversations with prospects.

    • Report sales results to the team leader or sales manager, sharing insights about customer behavior and sales performance.

  8. Market and Competitor Research:

    • Stay informed about the company’s competitors, their products, and market trends to position the company’s offerings effectively.

    • Use market knowledge to suggest improvements or additions to the sales approach or product offerings.

  9. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations while conducting telesales activities.

    • Maintain detailed records of each sales interaction, providing accurate and timely reports to management regarding sales activities and progress.

  10. Training and Development:

    • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

    • Continuously improve telesales skills, learning from feedback, and adapting approaches for better performance.
