Job Description
Designation: Telesales Executive

Work hours Monday to Saturday from 2 pm to 11 pm from Chembur, Mumbai Office or WFH may be available
If WFH - candidates need to have the following at their own expense:
Own Room with no background noise and disturbance
Good Wifi and 4g Connection
Own a Laptop with at least 8GB ram and a minimum 128 GB SSD Drive
Noise Cancellation Headphone
Role
● Get in touch with the students who have shown interest in our services and book appointments for the counselors
● Ensure that the students attend the counseling sessions by providing timely reminders
● Assist the students with smooth on-boarding onto the online sessions and providing the right directions to reach the office during the offline sessions
● Conduct a short background check on call to ensure that a student is eligible to apply
● Follow up with the students who did not show up and help them to reschedule their appointments
●
Accurately update the CRM on a timely basis with the necessary information
