Job Description

Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (IST)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday–Friday)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, the ability to engage with customers professionally, and a passion for sales and customer acquisition.

Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through calls and online channels.
Explain company services and solutions professionally.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate records.
Achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer acquisition strategies.
RequirementsExcellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills (mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident speaking with international customers over phone calls.
Strong customer handling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
