Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi, and English, and have a passion for healthcare and wellness. A medical background is highly preferred to better understand customer needs and communicate product benefits effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our Ayurvedic health products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Answer customer queries related to health conditions, dosages, and product suitability.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Educational background in medical, paramedical, or life sciences is preferred.
- Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
