Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers or leads provided by the company.
- Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Inform customers about the company's products, services, or offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain a customer database by entering, updating, and retrieving data on interactions.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when applicable.
- Keep records of calls and note useful information, including customer responses, needs, and preferences.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and performance targets.
- Handling Real estate clients & Exhibitions
