Job Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales by promoting our products/services. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you!

Duties

Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

HSC/Graduate freshers can also apply

Age- 19-33

Male/Female

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Pitch and sell company products/services over the phone.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to close deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
