Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list or leads provided by the company.

Present products or services in a compelling manner, highlighting key benefits and value.

Engage customers with persuasive communication to close sales or generate interest.

Inbound Sales Handling:

Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about products, services, or pricing.

Convert inquiries into sales opportunities by providing clear, relevant information.

Customer Needs Analysis:

Understand and assess customer needs, preferences, and concerns.

Recommend suitable products or services to match customer requirements.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.

Track and report sales performance regularly.

Lead Generation and Follow-up:

Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and database mining.

Follow up on warm leads and maintain a call-back schedule to maximize conversion.

CRM and Database Management:

Maintain and update customer records, contact details, and call logs in the CRM system.

Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.

Handling Objections:

Address customer concerns and objections effectively and professionally.

Provide alternative solutions or clarify doubts to maintain customer interest.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, pricing, offers, and industry trends.

Attend training sessions to improve product and market knowledge.

Customer Relationship Management:
