Job Description – BPO Executive
Position: BPO Executive (Telesales / Customer Support)
Location: Airoli
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Industry: BPO / Customer Service / Telesales
Make outbound calls to customers and explain products or services
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested customers and close sales (for telesales process)
Maintain customer records and update details in the system
Achieve daily and monthly targets assigned by the team leader
Provide good customer service and maintain professional communication
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
Good listening and convincing skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
HSC Pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Experienced candidates will be given preference
Immediate joiners preferred
Shift: Day Shift / Rotational Shift
