Looking for versatile and enthusiastic candidate for telesales at a leading Gym in Pitampura.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote gym memberships, fitness packages, and wellness programs.

Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions that match their fitness goals.
-
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
-
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
-
Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into members.
-
Coordinate with the Front Desk and Fitness Consultants for seamless onboarding of new members.
-
Keep up-to-date with promotions, offers, and services provided by the gym.
-
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive first impression of the brand.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
-
Any Graduate, preferably with experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).

Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
-
Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality.
-
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
