Position Overview
A reputed real estate company is seeking dynamic, persuasive, and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our high-performing sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, introducing real estate projects, explaining product details, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand the client's needs and offer suitable residential or commercial property solutions. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to the company’s overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management and Cold Calling

Call prospective clients from the company’s database, inbound inquiries, or lead generation platforms.

Follow a structured script to introduce the real estate projects, pricing, and location benefits.

Generate interest in current or upcoming residential, commercial, or plotted developments.

Handle objections professionally and aim to convince clients to schedule a site visit.
2. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building

Understand client preferences regarding location, budget, property type, and investment goals.

Answer all queries related to property features, floor plans, payment plans, approvals, and amenities.

Provide a personalized customer experience, establishing trust and rapport with each prospect.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients who have shown interest but not yet converted.
3. Scheduling and Coordination

Book and schedule site visits for clients with the field sales or project team.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads for face-to-face meetings.

Track and follow up on scheduled site visits to ensure client attendance.

Provide necessary pre-visit information to customers including directions, project highlights, and required documents.
4. Database and CRM Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, client interactions, and lead status in the CRM or Excel tracker.

Tag leads based on their interest level, project preference, and expected purchase timeline.

Send timely emails, SMS follow-ups, or WhatsApp updates to nurture leads.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking

Prepare and submit daily/weekly call logs, conversion reports, and lead status summaries.

Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
