Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, pitching residential or commercial property projects, scheduling site visits, and generating walk-ins or bookings.
You will be the first point of contact between the customer and our company, and your role will involve lead conversion, customer follow-ups, and coordination with the on-ground sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and persuasive tone, and a strong interest in the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Calling & Conversion

Make outbound calls to potential buyers based on leads generated through online portals, campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

Explain project features, location benefits, pricing, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.

Identify customer interests and qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and urgency.
2. Appointment Scheduling
-
Persuade potential customers to schedule site visits or attend sales presentations.

Coordinate with the field sales team or site visit coordinators to confirm appointments.

Follow up with customers post-visit to collect feedback and push for closure.
3. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

Handle customer queries regarding location, floor plans, amenities, pricing, loan options, and legal documentation.

Maintain a courteous and professional approach to build trust and rapport with clients.

Assist potential buyers throughout the pre-sales process by sharing brochures, price sheets, videos, and other relevant materials.
4. CRM & Data Management

Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, appointments, and conversations in the CRM or Excel sheet.

Update lead statuses daily: Interested, Follow-up, Site Visit Scheduled, Not Interested, etc.

Coordinate with the on-ground sales team to ensure proper handover of interested prospects.
5. Target Achievement

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls made, site visits scheduled, and walk-ins generated.

Contribute directly to revenue generation through quality lead conversion and appointment bookings.
