Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage potential customers through calls and other communication channels.

  • Promote loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.) and insurance solutions.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.

  • Guide customers through the application and documentation process.

  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.

  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.


Eligibility Criteria
  • 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.

  • Experience in loans, insurance, banking, financial services, telesales, or customer support is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
