Key Responsibilities
  • Cold/Warm Calling: Initiating outbound calls to prospective leads and following up on existing customers to generate sales.
  • Sales Conversion: Delivering prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
  • Needs Assessment: Identifying customer requirements and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining, updating, and documenting customer information, call details, and purchase records in the database.
  • Targets & Metrics: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales and call volume targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying updated with detailed information about company offerings to answer questions and overcome objections.
  • After-Sales Service: Handling complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
