1. Handle enquiries received through various sources
2. Consult prospective clients after knowing there requirement and suggest matching options as per their needs & requirements.
3. Constant follow up is the key to success
4. Maintain track of leads received , site visit done etc.
5. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
6. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
7. Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Proper training and knowledge sharing will be done with every new entrant and complete support is provided till the person is trained.
