We are looking for Fresher and Experience Telesales Executive. Telesales Executive will connect to Clients/Customer through Outbound calls.

Salary Package - 1.44LPA + ESI/PF Benefits
Education - Undergraduate/ Graduate
Fresher or Experience
Timing - 10am to 7pm
Location - Raipur
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Should be comfortable with shifts.
2. Noticing significant subtleties of every discussion
3. Answer or make calls to given potential database to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues.
4. Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that caller will feel supported and valued.
5. Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Qualification Required:
1. Excellent communication skills (verbal languages English, Hindi and Telugu)
2. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice.
4. Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
5. The agent must have experience in handling and managing outbound calls.
6. This position requires Intermediate.
7. These Executive will connect to Clients/Customer through Outbound calls.
