Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and drive sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales by effectively explaining benefits.
- Follow up with prospective clients to close deals.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for business improvement.
Skills:
✅ Proficiency in Preferred Language: English, Hindi, regional language, etc.
✅ Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (preferred).
