• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.

• Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth order processing.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, BDE, or Customer Relationship roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up and lead conversion abilities.

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

• Candidates with outbound calling and sales experience are preferred.
