We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for handling front desk operations, managing client visits, conducting telesales activities, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in property showings. Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management

Manage the reception area and provide a warm welcome to visitors and clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to arrange property site visits smoothly.
2. Telesales & Lead Generation

Call 20+ leads daily to promote available properties and upcoming projects.

Engage prospects in sales conversations and generate interest in site visits.

Share details about property pricing, availability, amenities, and offers.

Follow up on inquiries to convert leads into confirmed visits.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
3. Follow-Ups & Visit Coordination

Keep a systematic record of leads contacted and follow-up schedules.

Follow up with potential buyers to ensure high conversion of calls into visits.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to schedule property showings.

Ensure timely reminders are sent to clients for scheduled visits.
4. Client Interaction & Relationship Management

Understand customer requirements and offer personalized solutions based on available inventory.

Handle client queries politely and provide accurate property information.

Build long-term relationships with potential customers to maximize repeat business.

Support clients during property visits and address any concerns effectively.
5. Property Showings & Sales Support

Assist in conducting property tours for potential customers.

Highlight property features, pricing options, and payment plans during visits.

Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals when necessary.

Maintain updated property brochures, flyers, and promotional material at the front desk.
6. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, calls made, and visit confirmations.

Keep an updated database of property listings, prices, and available inventory.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of calls, follow-ups, and visit conversions.

Provide data-driven insights to the sales manager to improve lead conversion rates.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Share customer feedback and suggestions with the marketing team for campaign improvements.
