Ø Fluency in English required for verbal & written communication Skills
Ø Sending Mails / Mass Mails to customers
Ø Calling on Company given leads & negotiating with customers
Ø Demonstrating company products online thru Google Meet / Zoom / etc.
Ø Must be comfortable with Cold calling & Lead Generation
Ø Achieve monthly sales targets
Ø Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Ø Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Ø Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Ø Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Ø Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Ø Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
