Role: Telesales Executive
A Telesales executive responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase. The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibility & Deliverable:
Prepare accurate and compelling quotations based on customer requirements.
Cold calling for leads.
Achieving Sales Targets.
Preparing the sales documents and reports.
Generating leads
Customer support
Appointment Scheduling
Activities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products or services.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Lead Generation: Actively generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
CRM Utilization: Record and update customer information, sales interactions, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and high-energy team environment.
Objection Handling: Effectively address customer objections and concerns, turning them into opportunities for sales.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
Appointment Scheduling: For businesses that offer services requiring appointments, telesales executives should assist customers in scheduling appointments with the relevant teams or specialists.
Skills Required:
Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

Ability to handle rejection.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge Required:
Market and Industry Knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:
1+ year Proven experience in telesales field.
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing field.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: ₹10,000/- - ₹16,000/- per month
Shift: Day shift
